RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your SYT piece. However, if your order does not suit you, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unstained and without any signs of use.

All original tags must remain attached.

Items returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

SYT reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions, subject to applicable consumer law.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at speakyourtruthmib@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please do not send a return without contacting us beforehand.

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend keeping your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return has been fully processed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the item received is defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. SYT cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3 to 10 business days for it to be processed.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Where applicable under your statutory right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option will not be refunded.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your piece for another size, please contact us at speakyourtruthmib@gmail.com.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

As many SYT pieces are produced in limited quantities or made to order, we cannot guarantee that another size will always be available.

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically upon order.

If you require a particular size or fit, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Unless a piece has been personalised or altered specifically to your measurements, our standard return conditions apply.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at speakyourtruthmib@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.

Our team will review your request and provide you with the appropriate solution.
