Returns

If the item does not suit you, you can return your order within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please note that dirty or worn items cannot be returned.

You can return or exchange your items using the return label provided by the returns portal. Place the return label on the package and send it through a parcel office or store using the carrier mentioned on the label.

Are you returning from a country outside the EU? Email us at speakyourtruthmib@gmail.com, and we will provide you with a commercial invoice (required for returns from outside the EU).

Once your package is received, processing your return/exchange may take 3 to 10 days.

Here are the conditions for making a return:

• Make sure the item(s) you are returning are in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, not washed, and not worn.

• Make sure the item(s) are packed in a sealed bag or box securely taped.

• Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they are not crushed.

• Write "return" on the package to ensure faster processing (optional).

• Please keep proof of shipping (tracking number). In case of loss, you will have proof of shipment.

• Items returned in a condition that makes them unsellable will not be refunded/exchanged and may be returned to you.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the return policy. Return shipping and costs are at your expense until the item reaches Arte Antwerp and is validated by a delivery confirmation.

Shipping fees are costs we cover and are therefore non-refundable.
