SYT makes every effort to represent its products accurately. Slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur, particularly due to screen settings or the artisanal nature of certain materials and production techniques.
AVAILABILITY
SYT produces many pieces in limited quantities.
Some pieces are available for immediate dispatch, while others are made to order.
The relevant production status will be indicated on the product page.
ORDERS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate and complete.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, SYT will inform the customer and refund any amount already paid for the affected product.
PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
Shipping costs and any applicable charges are displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the purchase.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
PAYMENT
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Transactions are processed through secure payment service providers.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Ready-to-ship orders are generally prepared within 3 business days.
Made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Please allow up to one month for production and delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
Where applicable under consumer law, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.
Products must be returned in accordance with the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Products that have been specifically personalised or altered according to the customer's individual measurements may be subject to exceptions to the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
REFUNDS
Eligible refunds will be processed following receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the return to be processed.
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Where required by applicable law, the standard initial delivery charge will also be refunded.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, please contact speakyourtruthmib@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and photographs where appropriate so that we can review the issue.
