1. Delivery Terms
1.1 General Rules
Products that are the subject of a final order by the Buyer under the conditions described in article 3.3 above will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer on the order form, in countries eligible for delivery at the time of the order.
By default, purchase invoices are sent by email to the email address provided by the Buyer during their registration on the SPEAK YOUR TRUTH website. If the contractual conditions outlined below are not met, no claim from the Buyer will be accepted.
Depending on the size of the package and the delivery location specified by the Buyer, one or more delivery methods will be offered to the Buyer during the Order.
Regardless of the delivery method, the Buyer or the recipient of the ordered products is invited to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery.
1.2 Delivery Features
1.2.1 Delivery Methods

Post without signature
The package containing the ordered and paid products is deposited in the mailbox at the delivery address provided by the Buyer.
If the mailbox is too small, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order will receive a delivery notice, allowing them to pick up the package at the indicated location within 10 to 14 days.

Colissimo Tracking with Post Signature
If absent, the Buyer or recipient will receive a delivery notice/email/SMS from the Colissimo delivery service, allowing them to pick up the ordered products at the nearest pick-up point or post office, as indicated in the notice/email/SMS, within a period of fifteen days.

UPS
If absent, the Buyer or recipient will receive a delivery notice allowing them to pick up the ordered products at the nearest point of sale indicated in the notice within five to fourteen days, depending on the pick-up location.

Mondial Relay
The package containing the ordered and paid products is deposited at the pick-up point selected by the Buyer during their Order.
The Buyer receives an email allowing them to pick up the package at the pick-up point within the period specified in the email from SPEAK YOUR TRUTH or its carrier. The pick-up is only possible with the email, ID, and signature of the Buyer.
The signature affixed by the Buyer or recipient on the PDA serves as proof of delivery and receipt of the ordered products. No dispute regarding delivery itself can be made, as the package can only be delivered upon presentation of identification.
1.2.2 Returns in Case of Non-Pickup
Regardless of the delivery method, if the package is not picked up within the period indicated on the delivery notice, it is returned to SPEAK YOUR TRUTH's logistics service. In this case, the Buyer will be refunded the amount of the Order, excluding delivery costs, using the same payment method as used for the purchase, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another refund method.
1.2.3 Lost Packages
In case of a lost package, SPEAK YOUR TRUTH will initiate a claim with the carrier to report the loss and request an investigation into the package. SPEAK YOUR TRUTH is obligated to follow the deadlines set by La Poste or the carriers for loss declarations, investigations, and refunds/reshipments. Therefore, the Buyer must also adhere to these deadlines.
The claim file, which is necessary to open an investigation, generally consists of several documents (sworn statement, personal Colissimo claim number), which will be requested from the Buyer by SPEAK YOUR TRUTH's Customer Service during their interactions.
The investigation results are provided by the carriers within a period of 1 to 3 weeks. A refund or reshipment of the order will be offered to the Buyer based on the investigation's conclusions. SPEAK YOUR TRUTH will do its best to satisfy the Buyer and shorten the delays.
1.2.4 Delivery Issues
Any issue regarding delivery (damage, broken products, etc.) must be reported to SPEAK YOUR TRUTH's Customer Service within 3 days following delivery. This notification process is not exclusive of the legal guarantees provided to the Buyer (Article 13).
The Buyer or recipient of the Order must report the absence or damage of the product to SPEAK YOUR TRUTH Customer Service at speakyourtruth@gmail.com, who will guide them through the process to request a refund or a reshipment of the ordered products.
SPEAK YOUR TRUTH's Customer Service may request any information regarding the identity of the Buyer or recipient, the Order, and the package to perform any necessary verification. It is highly recommended that the Buyer, if they notice any issues during delivery, make reservations on the delivery slip, take pictures of the packaging (labels included), and the products to provide SPEAK YOUR TRUTH with the necessary documents for the claim examination.
SPEAK YOUR TRUTH will cover all return/re-shipment costs for issues occurring before the product is taken possession of by the consumer and before the transfer of risks.
A compensation, refund, or exchange of the product will be offered to the Buyer, depending on the identified issue.
1.2.5 Delivery Times
For any confirmed order placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM on the SPEAK YOUR TRUTH website, order preparation will take place within 3 days.
After preparation, the delivery times for your order, under the conditions described in article 3.3 above, are as follows:

Post without signature or Colissimo with Post signature: 5 business days or less for mainland France, 5 to 8 days for the French overseas territories and Europe, and 8 to 15 days for international orders.

UPS France: 4 to 5 days

UPS International (+French overseas territories): 5 to 10 days depending on the destination.

Mondial Relay: France, 3 days.
In any case, the Buyer is informed that the ordered products will be delivered within a maximum period of thirty days from the day after the Buyer registers their order, provided the full payment of the price.
In case of exceeding the delivery time by the carrier, as mentioned above, and exceeding 15 days due to no force majeure, SPEAK YOUR TRUTH will initiate an investigation with the carrier and contact the Buyer to offer to cancel the order; the Buyer must formalize their choice to cancel the order by email to Customer Service.
Customs
There are no customs duties for products delivered in France or within the European Union. For other countries, customs taxes may be required. It is the Buyer's responsibility to contact the customs services of their country to make a customs declaration if necessary. SPEAK YOUR TRUTH cannot be held responsible for any additional costs related to customs duties.
As a reminder, the French overseas territories are considered outside the European Union and thus subject to customs checks.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are charged based on the weight of the package, the destination country, and the chosen carrier.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies for any order over 150 euros, to mainland France and Belgium only, using Colissimo or Mondial Relay shipping methods.
2. Transfer of Risks
Delivery is considered complete at the moment the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer receives the products. The transfer of risks occurs at the same time.
3. Delivery Zones and Fees
The countries delivered to are those listed at the delivery step in the cart during the purchase process.
The applicable delivery fees are those indicated at the delivery step in the cart during the purchase process.

4. Right and Period of Withdrawal
4.1 Legal Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you physically takes possession of the goods. In the case of an order sent in multiple packages, the withdrawal period for the order begins the day after the receipt of the last product of the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement in any form or by using the withdrawal form provided in the annex of these terms and conditions (last page), or available on our website www.speakyourtruth.com - completed by you - to the email speakyourtruthmib@gmail.com.
If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (via email).
By exception to the above and in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer is informed that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the subject of the contract is the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
4.2. Effects of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of delivery method other than the least expensive standard Colissimo delivery offered by us) upon receipt of the returned goods, following refusal of delivery, and in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will process the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any charges for you.
We may delay the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date used being the earlier of the two events.
The right of withdrawal triggers an obligation to return the products of the order. In accordance with Article L. 121-23 of the Consumer Code, following the exercise of their right of withdrawal, the Buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day they receive the order to return at their own expense the entire order and obtain, at the Buyer’s discretion, an exchange of the products, a credit note, or a refund corresponding to the amount of their order. Products must be returned to SPEAK YOUR TRUTH as described in Article 7 below.
5. Return of Products
To return all or part of an order within your withdrawal period, you must go directly through our returns portal.
If you experience any issues with the returns portal, please contact our Customer Service.
Note: No product should be returned before obtaining approval via the automated portal or from our Customer Service. Any order returned without following the procedure will not be processed.
SPEAK YOUR TRUTH does not accept packages sent with postage due. Any risk associated with the return of the product is borne by the Buyer.
Return shipping costs following withdrawal or for mistakes made by the Buyer during their order process, voluntary exchanges will be borne by the Buyer.
Products must be returned in their original condition, protected or packaged in their original packaging. The Buyer’s responsibility may be engaged by the Company in case of depreciation of the products resulting from handling other than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and good condition.
